Spring honey mainly harvest form Lychee tree flowers and Longan tree flowers, all the honey are harvest from our “ForME BEE Land”. The flower grow from February to March, and we harvest the honey around April and May. This type of honey smell very fruity, have a strong Lychee and Longan flavor.
